Culinary Arts
We are actively seeking restaurants specializing in the culinary menus of all of the Americas, including Central, South and North America and the Caribbean. Please fill out our caterer application in order to be considered for the limited food booth locations in the heart of Sundance Square.
Our deadline for restaurants to participate in the 2010 festival will be August 15, 2010. All interested parties must fill out an application and forward to our office no later than the deadline indicated above.

Exhibitor Booths
Non-profit booth spaces are available at $200 per 10' x 10' space, and an IRS letter designating your organization as a non-profit will need to accompany your application. We have limited availability for non-profit organizations to provide a children's activity, along with a corresponding reduction in the fee for the space.
Novelty space is available for a flat guarantee of $500 per 10' x 10' space against 25% of sales. Novelty booths are defined as those offering activities, crafts or special art programs that charge a fee in order to participate in the activity.
Commercial space costs are $500 for a 10' x 10' booth, $1,000 for a 10' x 20' booth and $2,500 for a 20' x 20' booth.
