Musicarte de Fort Worth VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Our Volunteer Mission: Provide the ultimate in cultural celebration, fun, art, entertainment and value for our guests!
We’re the Wonder Team behind the success of the Musicarte de Fort Worth – A Celebration of the Americas! To be honest, this event simply could not take place without the hard work and dedication of over 300 volunteers who handle everything from hospitality to beverage sales.
Management
Team Musicarte is managed by volunteer managers who, along with Musicarte staff, work hard to provide the best experience possible for you. The goal: Fun!
Training
First year volunteers will be required to attend a brief training session to better acquaint themselves with the operations of the event. Many of the tools will be available online.

As a Team Musicarte member, your benefits include:

- Free beverage available after your shift.
Team Musicarte Service Priorities
- Safety: Nothing should ever be more important than the safety of our patrons or volunteers.
- Courtesy: Patrons are the #1 priority! Remember, they are the guests at our party and should be treated accordingly.
- Commitment: Please give everyone your best effort and stay for the entire time you promised to work. If you are willing to sign up then we expect you are willing to work.
- Patience: There are approximately 300 volunteers and an estimated 50,000 guests over two days, so there are bound to be some mix-ups. Please have patience!
Youth Volunteer Participation
You must be 13 years of age to volunteer. All volunteers under the age of 18 must have parental permission and an official Musicarte waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Community Service
Community service hours can be met by volunteering at Musicarte. Please check with your community service representative for the procedures.
